Si la parcelle est adjacente \u00e0 un objet prot\u00e9g\u00e9 (p.&nbsp;ex., eaux superficielles, biotope, route drain\u00e9e, zones r\u00e9sidentielles et installations publiques), le traitement ne doit pas \u00eatre effectu\u00e9 vers l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur de la parcelle, mais en s\u2019\u00e9loignant de l\u2019objet prot\u00e9g\u00e9 (tourner le dos \u00e0 l\u2019objet prot\u00e9g\u00e9).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les instructions de l\u2019OSAV ne contiennent pas de mesures sp\u00e9cifiques pour r\u00e9duire la d\u00e9rive lors de l\u2019utilisation de drones. L\u2019exigence de \u00ab&nbsp;1&nbsp;point contre la d\u00e9rive&nbsp;\u00bb, prescrite dans les PER, ne peut donc pas \u00eatre satisfaite. En ce qui concerne les applications effectu\u00e9es au moyen de drones, des essais sont actuellement effectu\u00e9s pour examiner la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019utiliser des buses r\u00e9duisant la d\u00e9rive. C\u2019est pourquoi il est pr\u00e9vu, \u00e0 titre transitoire et jusqu\u2019en 2026 inclus, de ne pas imposer la condition PER de \u00ab&nbsp;1&nbsp;point contre la d\u00e9rive&nbsp;\u00bb pour les drones. Les conditions de l\u2019homologation doivent cependant \u00eatre respect\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u2019agissant des applications a\u00e9riennes au moyen d\u2019h\u00e9licopt\u00e8res, les exigences actuelles restent valables. Voir&nbsp;: \u00c9pandage par a\u00e9ronef de produits phytosanitaires, de biocides et d\u2019engrais (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bafu.admin.ch\/bafu\/fr\/home\/themes\/sol\/droit\/aides-execution-sol.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">aide \u00e0 l\u2019ex\u00e9cution pour les autorit\u00e9s d\u2019ex\u00e9cution et les utilisateurs,<\/a> publi\u00e9e par l\u2019Office f\u00e9d\u00e9ral de l\u2019environnement OFEV et l\u2019Office f\u00e9d\u00e9ral de l\u2019aviation civile OFAC, 2016)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mesures pour les vignes et les autres cultures verticales de plus de 2&nbsp;m\u00e8tres de hauteur<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/themes.agripedia.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/3340_F-25_Tabelle3a__FR.svg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-70375\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Facteurs d&rsquo;influence g\u00e9n\u00e9raux pour la r\u00e9duction de la d\u00e9rive en cultures verticales<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La d\u00e9rive a d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e dans l\u2019introduction. Elle est influenc\u00e9e par les param\u00e8tres suivants&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Vent&nbsp;: la d\u00e9rive est nettement plus faible lorsqu\u2019il y a peu ou pas de vent. Lorsque la vitesse du vent est sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 6&nbsp;km\/h, le traitement est autoris\u00e9 \u00e0 condition d\u2019\u00eatre indispensable&nbsp;; il doit si possible \u00eatre \u00e9vit\u00e9 lorsque la vitesse est sup\u00e9rieure 12&nbsp;km\/h. Au-del\u00e0 de 19&nbsp;km\/h, il est interdit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La mesure de la vitesse du vent est effectu\u00e9e avec un an\u00e9mom\u00e8tre. Toutefois, une estimation simple est \u00e9galement possible \u00e0 l\u2019aide du tableau suivant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/themes.agripedia.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/3340_F-25_Tabelle1__FR.svg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-70378\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><em>Classification des vitesses de vent pour le traitement<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Autres facteurs d\u2019influence importants pour l\u2019\u00e9vitement de la d\u00e9rive et pour la bonne pratique professionnelle&nbsp;:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Taille des gouttes&nbsp;:<\/strong><strong> <\/strong>elle<strong> <\/strong>peut \u00eatre optimis\u00e9e par une buse et une pression appropri\u00e9es. Plus les gouttes sont grosses, plus la d\u00e9rive est faible. La figure ci-dessous illustre clairement l\u2019influence de la taille des gouttes sur la d\u00e9rive. Des essais ont montr\u00e9 que les buses r\u00e9duisant la d\u00e9rive permettaient g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement d\u2019atteindre le m\u00eame niveau d\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de traitement. La plage de pression id\u00e9ale pour les buses utilis\u00e9es figure dans les tableaux fournis par les fabricants.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Vitesse de d\u00e9placement&nbsp;: <\/strong>une vitesse de 8&nbsp;km\/h ne devrait pas \u00eatre d\u00e9pass\u00e9e. Des vitesses plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es provoquent davantage de remous d\u2019air. Les gouttes sont ainsi plus agit\u00e9es et adh\u00e8rent moins bien \u00e0 la surface cible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Temp\u00e9rature&nbsp;:<\/strong><strong> <\/strong>un facteur important pour l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 des PPh. Elle devrait id\u00e9alement se situer entre 8 et 25&nbsp;\u00b0C environ, afin d\u2019\u00e9viter l\u2019\u00e9vaporation des PPh l\u00e9g\u00e8rement volatils.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Moment de la journ\u00e9e&nbsp;: <\/strong>les meilleures conditions sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement r\u00e9unies t\u00f4t le matin ou le soir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Humidit\u00e9 du feuillage&nbsp;:<\/strong> en temps normal, ne traiter que du feuillage sec. Une forte ros\u00e9e sur le feuillage peut entra\u00eener des pertes de PPh par \u00e9gouttement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Humidit\u00e9 de l\u2019air&nbsp;:<\/strong><strong> <\/strong>en dessous de 60&nbsp;%, le risque d\u2019\u00e9vaporation augmente et la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019absorption des plantes est moindre. Au-del\u00e0 de 95&nbsp;%, le risque que le PPh s\u2019\u00e9coule de la plante augmente. Chaque fois que c\u2019est possible, il convient d\u2019utiliser des buses \u00e0 injection d\u2019air.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Calcul et optimisation du dosage<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Respecter le dosage des produits phytosanitaires selon le stade ph\u00e9nologique (guide phytosanitaire d\u2019Agroscope).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adaption du dosage en fonction du volume foliaire (cf.
