Depuis 2020, tous les \u00e9tablissements de restauration collective propri\u00e9t\u00e9 du canton du Valais, b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiant de subventions \u00e9tatiques couvrant au moins 50% de leur budget ou appartenant \u00e0 des institutions de droit public doivent adh\u00e9rer \u00e0 ce programme.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-advgb-accordions Elle livrait ce que le commer\u00e7ant concern\u00e9 disposait dans les d\u00e9lais souhait\u00e9s.<br>La logistique de retrait universelle aux producteurs et la livraison group\u00e9e finale g\u00e9n\u00e9raient des co\u00fbts \u00e9lev\u00e9s et certaines fonctionnalit\u00e9s \u00e9taient peu utilis\u00e9es. Elle s\u2019est donc concentr\u00e9e sur les besoins prioritaires des \u00e9tablissements et est aussi devenue une vitrine, un r\u00e9f\u00e9rencement des produits du Valais et des produits suisses certifi\u00e9s. La logistique est g\u00e9r\u00e9e en direct entre acheteurs et vendeurs. Tous les fournisseurs int\u00e9ress\u00e9s du canton peuvent proposer leurs articles, en tenant compte notamment de la saisonnalit\u00e9 et de leur disponibilit\u00e9. La majorit\u00e9 des produits sont d\u2019origine valaisanne. Actuellement, la plateforme recense plus de 4000 articles propos\u00e9s par une centaine de producteurs.
